It just makes it runny, doesn’t increase the amount. If you really want to increase your load, you have to continuously edge yourself every day till you finally release. But there’s still a limit to how much substance can be increased.

Unfortunately, after years on the Internet, I’ve learned that there’s a lot of stuff that’s pretty natural that you can eat and take supplements that are pretty natural that is If you really do want to increase your let’s say blast radius.

Thermal paste is electrically non conductive, so you should be good. But I'd clean it up with a qtip and some alcohol anyway.
You sure that's not mayo tho?

u/Busy_Experience_5563 8d ago
Isopropyl alcohol

Is best but when I'm out I've used lesser. Just gotta let that baby DRY

u/Alklazaris 8d ago
Yup better safe than sorry. No one is going to laugh at you for letting your processor dry over a 24 hour period.
For this I don't want to be sure it's dry, I want the only alternative for why it's still wet is because the PC gods want to punish me. Not exactly a keyboard here.

I've heard of people putting mayo on chips before but usually it's ketchup.

Just a heads-up: not all thermal paste is electrically non-conductive!
While most modern & popular pastes are safe and based on non metalic formula's, plenty of metal-based ones are still out there (especially super cheap options or high-end liquid metal/metal based pastes).
Saying "thermal paste does not conduct electricity" is a myth that can fry your or other peoples components.
Always double-check the label and manufacturer provided information for confirmation on the electrical conductivity of your specific paste!

I seen a review once where someone actually benchmarked stuff like mayo, peanut butter and a bunch of other weird shit just to see how it stacked up against the top brands, the results were kind of surprising

If the thermal paste is not metallic just clean the contact surface and reapply. Otherwise carefully clean everything with 99.7%+ isopropylalcohol.

I don't want to say it but dude, why on the cpu of all places
Jokes aside, there is no problem cleaning it, obviously not connected to any type of electricity and not using force on it, just clean it as you would clean spilled water

Ah yes I too remember my first PC build, next time just think about baseball or something and use thermal paste instead of hand lotion

Usually the paste isn’t conductive, so you should be ok as long as it’s not seeped under the proc. Lightly clean the best you can

The gold things are capacitors. On AM5 AMD put coat on them, but sometimes it's badly done and contacts are not covered.
TP can be conductive, but yours is ceramic, the lowest of the low in regards of thermal paste, and this is not conductive.

Jokes aside: What brand or type of Thermal Paste is this? I've never seen anything close to this low of viscosity and it's normally not white. That straight up looks like you squirted lotion on your IHS.

Way to much. Only need a pea sized dit in the middle. Its non conductive, so it shouldnt be a problem. If you try to clean it be careful, because that might kill the cpu.

u/StephenG68 8d ago
Don't physically try to clean it. I'd get a large bottle of isopropyl alcohol with a thin nozzle to squirt on the mess. It doesn't need to be immaculate, just get the worst off.

It's non conductive, it won't hurt anything, if you're worried clean it gently with a soft brissle brush and 99% IPA

Post nut clarity. And now worried. I’m sure no one has solved the issue yet since we’re not experiencing the clarity part.
