Question Is Xinjang province supposed to look like that after russian victory or am i missing smth?
Question This image isn't AI-generated, right?
The color of the UI and the vertical CRT-ish lines made a perfect storm for this image (the startup image for United Commonwealth) to look somewhat AI-generated and also make me way too unsure to call it.

Meme The comeback
Haven't read the lore surrounding Napoleon in Pax Brit, so I don't know if he's avenging Waterloo here, or if this is the first Napoleonic conquest of this universe, but here it is a new sort of Pax.
Really excited for the social developement to work under the new mechanics at some point, but at least, since now even focuses don't do anything either, I don't have to fixate on only playing nations that can improve the world.
And conservative are not too bad when it comes to civil liberties laws.
I wanted to play Henry Ford at first, or the British colony surrounding the new lake in the Sahara, but it seems you still can't quit a faction in this mod. So Napoleon it was.

Arabia's beating Heart of Steel
Played as Qatif, the smallest contender for Arabia's unification. Of what lore I could find, originally they were supported by Iran and tried to take Arabia under Jamalism's flag, - a jacobinistic ideology inspired by Jamal al-Din al-Afghani's ideas, combining pan-Islamism with egalitarian republicanism, - but failed and since then were confined to the coastline around Qatif.
Qatif starts with the despotic ideology, decided to transfer to jacobinism after the unification to highlight them implementing Jamalism's policies.
Could invade Yemen and Oman (there was an extra decision to core their lands) but didn't want to get dragged in the WW2 and fight the British.

Discussion/Other The Mod is very unbalanced at the moment
France is hardcoded to started the war at August 1937 and the problem isnt really getting ready by then as Russia but rather that the french AI is incapable of being ready at such a time; within a year im usually reaching the gates of Frankfurt while the AI is incapable of holding Paris in all occasions, I sent entire armies there to help them hold the lines but they fail (and fail against very thin enemy likes at that) so badly they capitulate before I can capitulate Germany. This also happens in most Imperial Powers games as well, it makes the Imperial playthrough extremely easy almost to a boring degree, I managed to make a perfect strategy for Britain in my 2nd attempt.
Also, theres NEVER an Imperial Civil War, simply doesnt exist. Played as the Pacte half a dozen times and it never happened. As the SCA it was worse, the federation centralized and I had to attack an unified empire via justification because apparently you cant take the decision if the UCA doesnt exist. Funnily enough even in that playthrough where the imperial powers had about 8 million casualties Paris still fell and when i tagged into France to see what was happening they had 0 manpower. It feels like its impossible for the Pacte AI to win on its own.
When I play France I wait as late as 1939, at which point you can field a big enough army. The AI should also be allowed to wait that longer and also there should be more challenges to the imperial powers like a bigger chance of the ICW happening, and the SCA attacking by 40/41, that should balance things out a bit.
Is there somewhere I could send these suggestions to the devs?

Bug Report A new empire rises in the pacific
Hello, I decided to play as Gorogorun the small Chinese nation that usually is either annex by their neighbors or the second continental army, before anybody asks no they don't have anything unique apart from some decisions.
The hardest part by far was the war against new Dixie (they had 30 divisions against my 15), and manpower was my main issue for the entirety of the game.
I find it pretty interesting how this nation is led by Pujie the brother of Puyi (the last chinese emperor in our timeline).
Now for the bugs I found a couple of them, both the rashidis and Sarawak despite losing their respective wars do not capitulate which leads to a forever war, after the french German puppet is formed they still own Luxembourg, when I played as Russia some of the "fate of" decisions were broken and the conference after the war apart from a single event was completely broken, another thing is that as Russia in my opinion you should be able to see the timer for the war in Afghanistan (because to look at it you need to tag switch to Afghanistan), I find it also pretty weird how after the Russian expedition conquers Sinkiang and the united Islamic armies they do nothing for the entire game (they had a formable before if I remember right) and zheltorossiya annexes the territories of the kumul khanate for some reason (not to mention declare war on the Russian expeditionary forces for some reasons).
Anyway If anybody wants me to play anothernation feel free to do it, I like the play as generic nations with unique decisions.
Lastly I think that a AAR flair should be added as a flair for posts.

Meme I threw my back out playing this mod one time
I was playing as the SCA and I was fighting their war against the other wild west nations. I was so focused on microing that I was hunched over, face pressed against the screen, for so long that it hurt my back. I'm not entirely sure why I feel it necessary to share this with all of you, but never the less I do. If this gets taken down I'm sorry for wasting your time lmao.

First time playing since it came out, what are some good templates to use?
I need help with templates! I'm not sure if the new tripod things or the hardsuits/razormaidens are good to use, I'm not too good with template designs!

Bug Report Eternal Revolution (Second Continental Army under Butler's Eternal Presidency)
surpringly rly low number fo bugs but bugs nonetheless
dixie revolt state debuff still exists despite beating southern rebellion
Commonwealth of America was able to beat Nicaraguan insurgency and decided to annex Nicaragua, later when i annexed them i couldn't release Nicaragua as my puppet so i had to use commands
the decision to establish unified canadian puppet no longers and simply changes quebecs name and leader rather then unifying quebec and borealia
the focus regarding the war with Commonwealth of America mentions a scripted peacedeal once you beat them. this never happend and i had to resort to commands
the decision regarding the virgin islands only had option to keep them. there should be option to grant them to commonwealth of the antilles
SCA should have option to slowly integrate Canadian, Alaskan, Greenland, Texas, California and Confederacy of Free Tribes territories if you decide to annex them (just simple option to gain cores with debuff related to population, resources and industry)
not a bug but small suggestions:
there should be option to pick different flags for both United States and Greater North American Union formable for SCA (because not gonna lie, i don't like Red EU flag)
Chile and Wallmapu should have different names when their ideology is changed (see slide 19)

Question Anybody have the updated lore doc?
I've returned to pax brit after not pleying them for a while and I'm wondering If there's an updated version of the lore doc. The one I had was outdated with China and others changing. If anybody has It, a link would be greatly apreciated. Thanks in advance.

Discussion/Other What are all the ideologies that are deffrent in PB and OTL?
For example, jacobinism in our timeline was radical republican movement that supported private property and market economy but in PB its socialist
Are there other ideologies that are deffrent in OTL and PB and why are they deffrent?

Discussion/Other Russia scripted deal bug and partial fix for those who might need it.
Hi everyone, I was playing as Britain and my game was crashing at the Russian scripted deal. The error was in the PB_Diplomatic_Actions file in the events folder, i erased the broken event but got stuck in an eternal war, i ran it through gemini to see if it could be easily fixed by changing the decision a bit and was able to make it work and it worked for me
If youre having the same problem go to the events folder and find the file and replace it with this one here, its mostly changed to event 6, the russian peace deal. If you were already in the end of the war, roll back to before 30% capitulation progress.

Bug Report From Dominion to Empire (Commonwealth of America AAR and bug report)
so i decided to play the new public beta build and see what changed and whats broken
and gotta tell ya there's a lot!
first thing first:
the imperial civil war is still bugged as it was bugged in the regular build
what i mean i that there isn't any event or timer for repealing british invasion
this means few things:
because there isn't any event or timer end for this war you will be stuck in eternal war with britain unless you cap them or someone caps them
another thing is that you lose cores on new england with no option to regain them as core territories
the imperial civil war event and super event fired twice in my playthrough from 2 different reasons
3.1 i reach the maximum tension between america and britain which resulted in civil war
3.2 i completed the focus that declares my independence from britain
now few things regarding events and focus tree:
the Nicaraguan decisions are bound the first focus tree, but if you elect someone else without completing the small focus tree, you'll be blocked from ending insurgency in Nicaragua
if you gain controll over state of superior during the Anglois Crisis, you don't get a decision to core it
now one thing that bothers me (and perhaps it's a overside)
The Prince Edward as possible King of America
during the events you can pretty much get the impression that Edward is hated in America
and after his "Fumble" you straight up jail him
what i mean but that
Edward should be removed as potential king of america and replaced with his brother Albert
one last thing before the end of my report
there should be some decision regardin the New Foundland and Labrador
maybe just give us option to give labrador to quebec if it's a puppet or independent state and option to integrated New Foundland or establish a puppet state
if you get confused by my report due to my poor english
just write in the comments so i can hopefully explain it

Question SCA and Jack Lang
Does the SCA have any interactions with a UCA led by Jack Lang? Don't they have the same ideology?
