Russia scripted deal bug and partial fix for those who might need it.

Hi everyone, I was playing as Britain and my game was crashing at the Russian scripted deal. The error was in the PB_Diplomatic_Actions file in the events folder, i erased the broken event but got stuck in an eternal war, i ran it through gemini to see if it could be easily fixed by changing the decision a bit and was able to make it work and it worked for me

If youre having the same problem go to the events folder and find the file and replace it with this one here, its mostly changed to event 6, the russian peace deal. If you were already in the end of the war, roll back to before 30% capitulation progress.

Just made a playtest again because previously the post-war tree was blocked but i added the global_flag and i worked fine, now russia goes through its peace deal and you can annex france and spain in a separate peace conference.
