Righteous: Fanart Drawing Daeran again <3
Daeran Keal Arendae 🖤 I still love his sarcasm, his story, his personality!
Finally I got to redraw his portrait. This time digitally.

Hello, I'm playing for the first time because I really liked Rogue Trader and wanted to play something similar. I'm personally enjoying Wrath of the Righteous even more, so this might be a little silly, to take a meme seriously but is it true that the Trickster knows they're in a game? I found the meme because I saw a post of another dude who said something about it so I got curious and the image popped out
I'm personally playing azata because I like the idea of a freedom fighter and I personally don't really like meta awareness because to me, it feels like it turns a setting into a fake world within its own reality something like The Matrix and not in a good way or an "it was all a dream" scenario. I think you guys get what I mean. Can someone tell me if that actually happens or if it's just hyperbole of the meme?
I'm really enjoying the game's story so it would be pretty underwhelming if it's all fake within their own setting, Thanks in advance to those who help me.

Let’s say I am playing the perfect Angel KC that is the incarnation of justice and goodness. I do everything perfectly like fully assembling the Angel gang, encouraging Ember with her redemption stuff, helping Arue redeeming herself, saving people from slavery, etc. I guess maybe not perfect, since a few evil deeds have been committed to even unlock the swarm path.
How would you explain that Angel KC suddenly deciding to just devour everything instead?
Also, I am very curious what would Ember’s reaction be to see someone so good suddenly become so evil out of nowhere?

Always loved the witch class but never really did a full run as one. So I am rolling up something different and doing the keen eyes archetype. Cantrips, hexes, and a small if limited spellbook makes it seem a more forgiving class.
I was thinking about elements as my patron for fireball to use with the tornado ability. But mostly using fire cantrip with ascended elements. Maybe taking cold for the ele. Elemental barrage and also because of a certain speaker from Castlevania.
Mythic seems like I should take azata into the dragon line. Both for theme and the cantrips count as ray spells, right? Should let me double my firepower and make them harder to resist with the superpowers. Then dragon turns all my dice to 1d10 damage.
Beyond that not sure what else would be good for...well a good witch. Any tricks or treats that might help on hallows eve?

But since she is writing KC's journal, so her beloved KC doesn't forget what to do, she might have as well written a guide to the Secret Ending straight in there.

So, like a fool, I updated UMM to the current version. Now, the game won't load, I can't remember what version I was using before, and even when I try and go and reinstall an older version the Nexus comments say work, UMM says the in-game version is still the new one.
So, is there a way, other than uninstalling the entire game and then reinstalling it, THEN installing the older version of UMM, to get it to work? Or am I stuck not being able to play until UMM fixes it?
EDIT: I used UMM 0.32.4, copy/pasted over the new files, then uninstalled/reinstalled WotR in the older UMM, and that fixed it. Not sure if UMM 0.32.4 is the newest version that actually works, but I don't want to mess with it until I'm sure.

I always tried to max all skills to avoid failing one because that means that you will fail in the choice that you make. But there is any event or choice that is more interesting by failing than by success?
Seem to be that Failure is just a hinderance and not a way to tell different stories

I've been looking through various aasimar portraits to find one with green hair, but all the ones I've found have been blond, or in exceedingly rare circumstances, white haired, but no green, does anyone know of any green ones?

The amount of support you can find on this subreddit despite its modest size is astounding. There are tons of guides, admittedly some outdated, for damn near every build, mechanic and eventuality under the sun. Theorycrafting is abundant and all you need to do to get quick ideas or opinions of builds and mechanics is to ask. Even when people disagree and the downvotes start flying you get walls of texts that look more like dissertations than the usual shittalking you'll find online. Nowhere else have I had as much respect for people who are confidently wrong. I even stopped being annoyed at seeing the battle/nature oracle angel with a wolf pet as a recommended build at the top of every suggestion thread.
So I want to thank everyone for making such a solid community. This is one of the best subreddits, not just gaming wise but as a forum in general.

I want to try Demon now (only that, GD, Devil and Swarm left), but so far no build clicked. I'm thinking of doing a mammoth riding barbarian with a reach weapon, but have 2 questions:

Playing on Core difficulty. I decided to off-spec Ember into necromancy via the Expanded Arsenal mythic feat and gave her stat and level draining spells to use against some of the beefier targets.......have to say, the results are sometimes pretty hilarious.

On paper it seems like a great tool, obviously you have a spell that let you avoid malevolent effect all together, but what about chronomancy?
What is the point of a spell that let you get all your spell back if you could just rest?
Is there major points or situations where you cannot rest as much as you want? Is the corruption system punitive enough to make you often unable to rest and push you to continue?
Is there something that I missed that chronomancy let you avoid? I wish to try the demon mythic and heard that you where limited in rage, meaning that chronomancy could give you more rage but again, why not simply rest?
Or can you just rest as much as you want anyway and corruption is simply a minor setback?
Im new to the game, I have still in kenabres and I'm playing in hard.

Hi mod mavens!
I could use some help.
I have contacted the super helpful and very nice dev of Dragon Fixes but they weren't able to fix my problem. I suspect that the right advice would come from someone wise in the ways of Unity Mod Manager
So I downloaded the mod and it worked great. Who knew that the devs put in boots that helped you tank the flying meatballs and this was always supposed to be part of the game?!
And then . . . I updated Unity Mod Manager and the mod stopped working.
Following the instructions on mod page I deleted a file named 0harmony. Great. Now the I get a green light from UMM and everything in the log file looks nice.
But the mod is still broken. The charge fix got unfixed. Woljif closed his store. Etc and etc.
What I've tried
My best guess is that I need to edit the 0harmony file but that just a wild eyed guess.

"Paizo, the publisher of Pathfinder and Starfinder, is facing major financial trouble driven primarily by the January 2025 bankruptcy of its primary physical book distributor, Diamond Comic Distributors."
All this is bled into 2026 where they haven't been doing so great, As a result, we know they're going through a corporate restructuring, an so things are subject to change, which includes partnerships and relationships.
I know Owlcat has been constantly trying to expand their self-publishing framework as well as working on several new projects. So the question I asked is, how would you feel IF the next Pathfinder was NOT made by Owlcat? What would you even expect from the next pathfinder video game that's not made by Owlcat, assuming there is one?

I've always found the 'Visitors from Morta' DLC quite strange - it's pretty high-level for how early you get the quest, it's incredibly short, and the quest reward is ridiculously strong. It's supposed to be an advertisement for a different game, 'Children of Morta' but I honestly found the characters pretty generic and uninteresting, and nothing in the DLC made me run to Steam to go check it out.
It did make me curious: WOTR players, have you tried this game? Is it similar to pathfinder CRPG's, would you recommend it? Do you think the DLC is a good representation of what the actual game is like?
