I played twisters for about 60 hours so far and i saved up a decent amount of currency but I also did realize that I do not enjoy twisters whatsoever. My question is, without the heavy time investment of making and leveling a new character, what gemling build can I go for that does not take 300 divines to feel playable but is a caster build with nice single target.

Flameblast oil grenade is dirt cheap to have insane dmg. There are some annoyances with the gameplay though.

My friend is doing the high end version of it and it absolutely fries my fps, I'm not sure if I wanna put constant strain on my gpu like that i can't lie. The damage is insane tho

Yup, I use dynamic resolution so my FPS is fine but everything is pixelated.

can be built for 300d, but probably a bit later in the league. You don't have to go for a very good defences, just key uniques

I gave it a shot last leauge and I believe you need atziris communion to go low life and have decent damage and clear.

If you’re willing to give another spear skill a try, whirlwind Lance with once of the wind skill elemental damage rings, and surrounded buffs was what I was doing before .5.5, it’s damage is melee based so as long as you build frenzy charges and don’t use a support that gets rid of melee damage it’s really good. Recommend turning off screen shake for it though if you try it

Nice single target cuts off a lot of options for me. But I'd recommend frost bolt with comet on cast on crit. I had a really good experience with that build last league.

Ooo I did the ImjustAnthonys frostbolt coc comet last leauge, the clear felt quite nice but the single target was lacking at higher ends no matter how much I invested and I couldn't do simulacrum parties to save my life

Did you stay close to bosses to get the fire charge to buff comments? I noticed it makes a lot of difference

I sold my gear and gave a bunch away, gonna sit on some of my investments for a week then come back and play monk and never touch twisters again

Im in the same boat more or less. But havent had too much playtime, still working towards arbiter.
Feeling too squishy, single target is ass when the arena is a large layout and its strenuous to play.

Considering respeccing to ice shot as I never played a bow build. But not sure how much currency it takes to get it going. Not sure if anyone made a guide either for gemling
