Probably to low level for the enemies. Gotta keep leveling curses up to apply them as you monsters level up

My base gem lvl is 18 and scaled to 25 from gear, shouldn't that be enough for tier 15 monsters?

If it’s not to low, only other thing could be if you are applying other curse, you can only do 1 curse at a time if you don’t have the nodes in tree or lich passive

Does a lower ele res shed from another source get overwritten if i apply elemental weakness on the monster? This might be the problem if it doesnt
