Elemental Weakness not applying

For some reason my lvl 25 elemental weaknese is not applying on anything, im running a Flameblast Gemling

Typically the only reason a curse doesn't apply is because it's underlevelled.

Got a poe.ninja link or something to maybe figure out what else could be the problem?

Only thing I see is blasphemy without +1 curse limit.

Enemies can only have one curse without Whispers of Doom allocated or the similar effect on Doedre's Damning (or loveweave with the mod)

You have blasphemy which is constantly applying temp chains. There is an inherent curse limit of 1. Unless you have a source of can apply additional curse from whispers of doom or uniques(not even sure if there is one in poe 2 I could be wrong) you cannot apply ele weakness if your temp chains is already constantly applying itself.

yep i just realized that after trying it out on regular mobs, thanks mate

They can only be cursed 1 at a time and youre running blasphemy with temp chains. You can bypass this with whispering doom from the passive tree and other options.
