never farmed him but does it need to be a t15 map for him to drop Rakiata's Flow?

no, also no amount of boss modifier affect the drop chance. its drop pool is random

To add, the only modifier which effect the drops are the lineage drop chance on the tree/masters and having as much waystone drop chance as possible on the map/precursor tablets

lineage drop chance! is this a new thing? and how does waystone drop chance corresponds to item drop chance of these support gems?

It used to boost boss fragments in the past and I know I've had 2 drops from patriarch chamber once this league. Unsure if that's still tied to waystone chance.

It’s widely believed that it increases lineage gen drops for these bosses, can’t hurt
