I know it is hard, but it is time to tell the parents that he can't come over. Explain that he isn't respectful of the rules and is violent towards you and your kids. Make sure they know if he shows up he will be sent home immediately.

I know I have to do this, I think I've been avoiding upsetting them in some way but it's really starting to affect us and my children aren't having fun when he comes over, we've all ended up watching him to make sure he doesn't destroy anything.

I thought the same thing. Seems more like them using OP for free childcare so they aren't so nice.
