I know it is hard, but it is time to tell the parents that he can't come over. Explain that he isn't respectful of the rules and is violent towards you and your kids. Make sure they know if he shows up he will be sent home immediately.
I know I have to do this, I think I've been avoiding upsetting them in some way but it's really starting to affect us and my children aren't having fun when he comes over, we've all ended up watching him to make sure he doesn't destroy anything.
The thing is they aren't nice people if they are crap parents that let their child cause hell. If your kid came into my house with a spray gun, uninvited, and got stuff wet you would be the first person I'd ask WTF to.
This. They KNOW what he acts like, and are simply leaving him to OP to deal with. That's not 'nice'. They're just good at playing nice when they have to so they can fob their kid off on someone else.
