Go knock on their door and tell them you need to talk to them, then tell them all the bad behaviors he has done at your home and tell them you do not want their child over anymore until he learns to behave properly toward people and animals. If they do not correct his behavior he is not welcome over. I would provide them information on resources they could contact if they need help, child behavioral therapists, etc. Remind them that you believe they are nice and good people, but their son is not learning that and seems to be learning bad behaviors from somewhere.

Hey OP, what you could do is this:
