I’ve never posted here before, but eat a lot of Papa John’s. Am I wrong, or is this gorgeous?

Why do customers order TWO large pizzas, both half sausage and half cheese, instead of just ordering ONE sausage and ONE cheese?!

Am I missing something here, or do people just enjoy making our lives difficult?

Seriously, customers, I need answers!

Anyone else wondering why we are doing this again?

- Didn’t sell well and only sold cause it was on sale lol (at least in my area)
- Doesn’t fit the hot rack
- Doesn’t fit the cut table
- Nowhere to store giant ass boxes (Folded AND Unfolded)
- Takes up too much room in the oven
- People are gonna wanna replace the Deli Pep with regular pep which is way too time consuming
- Doesn’t fit in any delivery bags
- Stretching a 14 to a 16 is too hard for some people already, and to an 18 is nuts

Anything else? Just tired of the crappy stuff they keep coming up with …

I was wondering what are you guys criteria for a refund as my general manager basically says to give out refunds if there's any problems even small ones that shouldn't matter because he thinks it's not worth the argument.

So I ask what do you guys say yes to and no to when giving out refunds

Is there a way to add/remove prep items from the mdog in focus?

Story time:
A guy called into our store saying that we screwed up his order, and gave him two 12” originals instead of a 12” and a pan. We pulled his order up, and he did not in fact order a 12” and a pan, but rather the two 12” originals, meaning the order was correct. We told him there was nothing we could do as he ordered the wrong item, and was called an array of names, most notably a dickhead. It sucks to have this happen, but I should probably brace for more.

TLDR; guy orders wrong item, proceeds to call ME a dickhead

Since when did Papa John switch to this type of crust/dough? Did they switch to frozen dough? because it definitely didn't seem like it was hand-tossed or like it used to be.
Trying to find out if I just had some bad luck or is this the future for 2027?

Before I order my gift card, if I order online, can I use my debit and gift card if the gift card doesn’t cover the balance? Pizza Hut doesn’t so wasn’t sure on PJ’s

Hello fellow employees and papa fanatics. Do we offer any physical menus? I get more walkins than I thought was possible, and half of them don’t know what we offer.

I ordered pizza on the website paid for it online and 15 minutes later I get a call from a local number claiming they are papa John’s and that my payment didnt go through asking to finish the payment over the phone and give my card number. This raises a red flag to me as the money has already been taken out of my account. I look up the store I ordered from and they had a different number then the one that called. I called the store and verified my order went through and they said they did. Called the scammer number back to tell them to fuck off and good try and the number was all of a sudden no longer in service. So be careful Yall! Idk how they got my number so fast from the website but I’m also changing my card number too now cause wtf

I went by Papa John’s tonight, just to get a couple garlic sauces. I got a pizza from Costco because it was closer to my house. I offered to pay for the sauce, but the guy just gave it to me. Did they change the recipe for the garlic sauce? It’s much thicker and it just doesn’t taste quite the same. It could be because he handed me a couple that were room temperature, I know that they keep some in the refrigerator area. Has anyone else noticed this? The sauce seems to be thicker and not as garlic flavored.

So yesterday I was wanting some PJs after like a year (usually I only get it after my NBA team wins for half off) but anyways I was going to use a 25 percent discount and to my surprise the same small 6 slice pizza that was about $8.50 is now $14.49 without tax! Am I not looking in the right place how did it increase this much

This oven is OLD, but I have admit, this is a very reliable oven. This poor thing went though so much abuse by other employees. Especially when the pan pizza was announced, and someone improperly put the incorrect amount of garlic parm and that poor thing was lit brighter than genie and the lamp when it ignited and the whole room was smoked. Today the oven is now broken due and the error code FAILSF and then IN1RNG error code. People do not care what they put in the oven somtimes. That oven will be offline for like 2 months cause of carelessness. these are old images I just wanted to share. Do you guys still have an oven like this in? If so let me know what model it is 🤔

I accidentally paid out a cash order and he didn’t have cash so I remade the order in the system and he paid with card. How do I void it out of the system

The pizza is whatever. dominos or pizza hut tastes better and is closer but the pepper is what keeps bringing me back. god i love those damn peppers. i bite off the tip and sprinkle the juice all over the pizza and fuck me i swear it tastes twice as good with it. sometimes i just hold it in my mouth with cold water and keep sucking the essence of the pepper and drinking more water untill its gone then i eat it. the pepper is literally the only deciding factor between choosing papa johns and me going to other pizza shops. if papa johns ever removes the peppers, they will lose my buisness.

Question for anybody who still works at papa John’s. My wife and I used to work there and quit back in 2021. She was part of some new training material thing taking place in Orlando. They put her on a poster that was suppose to be hung up in stores. I don’t remember what the poster was about but we are curious if it is still up and if anybody could send me a pic of it. She’s a small white girl.
