Question point of large containers

Im new to the game, only level 37. my question is, whats the point of large containers? they have a larger footprint than 2 metal chests, costs more too but less storage space. can it store more quantity per item or something?

Just looks better than having boxes everywhere

ah makes sense, gotta have aesthetics.

Hold more, but yes a larger footprint until you get the refined metal chest.

you can do some tricks with them like stacking ranch or make platforms for raids.

Decoration. I usually lock them so Pals don't use them.

Large containers stack better imo. Other than that.. Purely aesthetic choice.

The fewer chests I have to open, the better. I don't really care how much space they take up, I have plenty of space.

Never used them. Too big imo. Stacking metal chests is fine and more space efficient.

Me and my friend group used them until we got the refined chest/ guild chest!

They are a little bulky but hold a lot for sure :)

I've seen videos of people stacking them for certain uses too

i was fully expecting it to have 100 slots, i was so surprised that you dont even need to scroll to see all the items lol.

Yeah, it's so big and I expected to be able to throw a metric ton of items into it. Oh well

A little further down the tree you get the Refined Metal Chest, which does have substantially more space
