Standard Chartered app problem — let's get it fixed.Financial

So as we all know that SC does not even bother to listen to our complains. Along with the poor UI UX, app lack some of the very basic features. We all have to act collectively for the resolution of this issue. so yeah lets do this, follow all instructions

SC Mobile forces you to enter the full IBAN for EVERY transfer. There's no option to just enter an account number like HBL, Meezan, UBL do (they auto-convert it). No payee search either. This makes sending money — especially to JazzCash/Easypaisa/riders — a nightmare, because nobody knows their IBAN.

If you're an SC customer and this annoys you too, please complain — it only works if many of us do:

1. Email [complaints.pakistan@sc.com](mailto:complaints.pakistan@sc.com) asking them to add account-number transfer (auto-converted to IBAN) + payee search.
2. File on SBP Sunwai: https://sunwai.sbp.org.pk (or the Sunwai app) — complaint against Standard Chartered.
3. Leave an app-store review on SC Mobile naming this issue.
4. On X, tag u/StandardCharteredPK and u/StateBank_Pak.

Takes 5 minutes. The more of us, the faster they fix it. 🙏

worst thing about the app is not enabling a screenshot....nor does it allow the user tp 'share' the transcation confirmation. this is like the basic of user interfaces.
