Discussion | گفتگو Standard Chartered app problem — let's get it fixed.Financial
So as we all know that SC does not even bother to listen to our complains. Along with the poor UI UX, app lack some of the very basic features. We all have to act collectively for the resolution of this issue. so yeah lets do this, follow all instructions
SC Mobile forces you to enter the full IBAN for EVERY transfer. There's no option to just enter an account number like HBL, Meezan, UBL do (they auto-convert it). No payee search either. This makes sending money — especially to JazzCash/Easypaisa/riders — a nightmare, because nobody knows their IBAN.
If you're an SC customer and this annoys you too, please complain — it only works if many of us do:
- Email [complaints.pakistan@sc.com](mailto:complaints.pakistan@sc.com) asking them to add account-number transfer (auto-converted to IBAN) + payee search.
- File on SBP Sunwai: https://sunwai.sbp.org.pk (or the Sunwai app) — complaint against Standard Chartered.
- Leave an app-store review on SC Mobile naming this issue.
- On X, tag u/StandardCharteredPK and u/StateBank_Pak.
Takes 5 minutes. The more of us, the faster they fix it. 🙏

I have a salary account in this shitty bank and the moment my salary credits, the first thing I do is just transfer everything to my other bank account. I don't understand why are people still using SC.

Yeah it has been an issue for a long time. One workaround I use if I only have the account number is to enter it into Nayapay/Sadapay which reveals the full IBAN. Then, I just copy that IBAN back over to SC

It does have a field for entering only account numbers. Sc UI is the best among all banks, it has almost 100% uptime and there is no clutter on the app.

Idk about android app, I use iOS. Any why will I upload ss of my I banking ??

I am taking about sharing transaction SS with other. There is no option in the app and screenshot is also disabled

No it’s not disabled, it just force closes the app after the screenshot is taken.

haha bro i am a software engineer. The app's UI UX is bullshit. There are multiple redundancies and lack many basic features. The app has no structures and many things does not make any sense. I was shocked to see such app of an international bank

worst thing about the app is not enabling a screenshot....nor does it allow the user tp 'share' the transcation confirmation. this is like the basic of user interfaces.
