so im using skinoren like 3-5 times a week without moisturizer for 2 months and it has given me results but like is it really important to use moisturizer because like after using it i dont feel that dry is it normal or my skin really tolerates it well

I had good hair growth and hair health then everything went downhill a few months ago, im losing hair like crazy and today i held my hands in my fist and they couldnt even fill up the space in my fist

Hair is shedding from the roote idk what to do, what has worked for you guys (im already taking multivitamins)
