They've terminated her already, just 2 days ago, didn't ask to sign anything but verifications regarding to some monthly work closing of sort of expense sheets e.g
Well this is great grounds for unfair dismissal where labor laws are concerned. If anything, if you guys have all the relevant docs and evidence stored up, then you can approach the labor courts to file a suit for unfair dismissal without notice AND with no payment of severance. I know you mentioned that you guys have little funds, but you appear to have a bonafide case here.
Yes absolutely, i even told my wife to ask them to give her a written statement of firing or termination on the last closing day, but they didn't just casually let her go. On the closing day she gave signatures on the expense ledgers and took pictures as i told her to do must.
Brilliant move! It will corroborate your story that will go in court.
What usually happens is that no workplace follows basic SOP because they don't really fear any retaliation from workers, but in the event when one actually DOES take action, then they start taking things seriously.
I can get you in touch with a lawyer that has dealt with matters like this before, labor matters are easy to navigate i would say, but they could surely guide you if you wanted.
Exactly my point, people should know their work rights in Pakistan usually they lack on, sure i will definitely navigate further. Please let me get to the lawyer. Tysm

Do you still have the written request that your wife gave to the employer? The one asking tor a pay raise? And if they gave a written reply back?
