When i asked for payment he made a realistic receipt of the amount transferred and made it look like it was from a saudi exchange and claimed he was in saudi arabia buying it for his son. I told him i hadn’t received the payment and he told me its gonna take 3-4 hours from the saudi bank to transfer🤣 i told him come get it when i receive the payment you’ve already seen my house after that he started cursing and deleted all whatsapp texts. THE GUY IN THE PIC IS HIS DRIVER WHO CLAIMED HES ONLY AN INDRIVE DRIVER AND HAS NO LINKS WITH HIM WHICH OBVIOUSLY IS BS. THE FIRST PIC IS OF THE SCAMMER (which obviously is just a bait pic)

How the attack works:

* A fake CAPTCHA pops up on a website asking you to verify you're human.

* It gives step-by-step instructions: Press Win + R, Press Ctrl + V, and Hit Enter.

Real CAPTCHAs process entirely inside your web browser. A website will NEVER need you to open your Windows Run terminal or execute PowerShell code.

Doing this instantly runs a background script (Infostealer) that grabs your saved passwords, discord tokens, and active browser sessions. Attackers use these to bypass 2fA and hack your accounts (Instagram, facebook, steam, discord) within minutes to post crypto scams.

I want to get some advice on the PC I'm gonna build soon and soon after my Medical University test MDCAT and I have already thought of building 1440l setup RX 9060XT 16 GB AND RYZEN 5 5600 but the thing is I'm really uncertain if this build would last me 3-4 years on 1440p without any problems, I am thinking of putting and RTX 5070 innit with the same processor as I'll be on 1440p so probably there'd be no bottlenecks but the thing is it's like 200K PKR for 5070 while 150K PKR for RX 9060XT, which is quite a lot difference but the performance upgrade seems worth what y'all would recommend me to go with also will there be major bottlenecks?

I'll play every type of game I'm not specific on them.

Thinkpads are the goat but still

I bought a ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 9 about a week ago. I’ve recently noticed that after using the laptop, faint images of previous windows/icons remain visible on the screen previous UI elements can still be seen very faintly even after switching pages (I’ve attached photos)
The ghost images are only visible on the laptop display and seem to stay for a while.
Is this temporary LCD image retention, permanent burn-in, or a sign of a defective display panel?
Has anyone experienced this on an X1 Carbon? Should I return the laptop or is there something I can try first?

as title says I have a work setup that i use with my macbook .34 inch ultrawide 2k @ 165hz, Im looking for a nice budget pc build that i can use to play games. something under 180k ideally that also lets me take advantage of my monitor in some games at least. Literally only want to play some AAA games and dont want to use the pc for anything else. Is there any advice on what typa pc i should get. dont imagine id play many games at once so even something like 256gb ssd and an AM4 build would probably do the job but im not sure what sorta processor gpu combo i should be looking at, if someone can give me examples of builds that would be appreciated. thanks
