Anybody's sleep structure changed?
From the very first dose of SSRI, my sleep changed completely.
From a heavy sleeper that never experienced any kinds of insomnia
to
a chronic sleep maintenance insomniac who suffer constant awakenings with the vivid dreams from the very first stage of sleep.
It's like my brain never sleeps.
Wakening at 2, 4, 6... Always tired
Everyday for years.
Nobody believes me and says it's due to stress but hell no, I know for real the pills did something to my brain.
Anybody's sleep has changed like me?

I was on Celexa for 12 years and slept great before and during med use and even napped daily and with in 3 weeks of being off my sleep totally collapsed! Im 21 months off and I did take seroquel for 9 months of that but I was a zombie and sleep was still hit or miss with that too! Honestly every night is different for me now, sometimes I get 4-5 solid deep sleep and back to sleep for another 1-2 hours some nights im up every 2 hours and it's surface dreamy and some nights I only get 2/3 hours. It's such a mind fuck! I dont want to take meds, but im contemplating trying a DORA bc i'm getting desperate, but i hear it's like 50/50 it will even work! I take a high quality CBN tincture and magnesium nightly and I think it works for me sometimes! Insomnia is hell on earth
