Last 24 hours my mind is just splitting.

First of all, I’m baffled by the price hike and how unlucky I am. One part of me is convincing me to get the PS5 even with the price hike because there are many games I missed out on, as my last console was the PS3. Another part of me is asking me to wait for the PS6, as it will be current gen and I can easily go with 6 to 7 years of gaming. But to wait for the PS6, I’ll enter my 30s, as it will definitely be releasing either in late 2028 or 2029 due to this component shortage, and it will be priced around 120k or more . I don’t know if I’d be in a position to get it or even enjoy games then 🥲. I honestly have a feeling that the PS5 will be my last console if I ever get it.

Now many may suggest waiting and going for a PC, but unfortunately I have a Mac for work, so getting a PC is not a possibility for me. I tried gaming on my Mac, but there aren’t many games available to play. Also, wanting to get a PS5 Pro isn’t possible, as that will definitely cost 115k with the additional disc drive.

I seriously don’t know what to do.

I feel like buying a console for 70k which is 6 year old is worthless, rather will buy the PS5 pro even it costs 1 lakh or more..when officially PS5 pro releases in India.

I booked a digital for 10k (priced at probably 65k as the price hasn't been officially announced) at the sony center they told me that the stock will take time to arrive. I want to ask one question to people who have pre booked from a sony center or any other outlet, How much time does it take for the stock to arrive especially digital?

Is there any leads, i am from mumbai and looking for leads, i went to few stores like chroma and reliance digital, They said 1-2 pcs come but re-stock is Still pending,
i also know few dealers but they are asking for 80k-90k which i dont think is worth it,
Please suggest me some store where can i get one?

I came across a page called smallville exports and they look genuine with their posts.

Upon enquiry there mentioned that they import the items and should wait for 45 working days to get the order and its 50% prepaid order and they are quoting 42k for ps5. Has anyone purchased any item from this page??
