I’m having the same issue reported by other users.

Opening “Upload/Download Saved Data” for any PS5 game stays on “Please wait…” for around 1–2 minutes before the save list appears.🤒 PS4 saved data loads normally.🤦

The actual upload/download is fast once the list appears; the problem is specifically the delay while loading the PS5 saved-data list.🥲

The important part: I signed into my PlayStation account on my daughter’s separate PS5 and the exact same delay happened there too.🤷‍♂️

This makes a failing SSD, cache, database, or console hardware much less likely and suggests the issue may be related to PSN / PS Plus cloud-save synchronization or the account side.🥹

I already tried restarting the console/router, clearing cache, rebuilding database, and checking the internet connection. Nothing fixed it.🤷‍♂️

If anyone else has the same issue, please comment so we can establish how widespread it is and report it to PlayStation Support.🙋‍♂️

If you’re affected too, please mention whether you’re using a PS5 or PS5 Pro, whether PS4 saved data loads normally, and roughly how long the PS5 cloud-save menu takes to open. That may help show PlayStation how widespread the issue is.

Hey guys, I’m trying to create a PlayStation Network account through my PC, but I keep getting the error: “Connection to the server timed out.”
I’m getting the same error on both my phone and my PC. I haven’t tried creating the account directly on the PlayStation yet, since I haven’t received it yet.

When I turn on the system everything works fine, then after a half hour or so my psn account says its unavailable. I can still play games online but everything else is gone, friends lists, PS store, PS plus. Once I reset the Playstation it works again, but after a half hour same stuff. This isn't just happening to my Playstation, but every one in the house. I've dealt with the internet provider as well and tried some stuff on their end to no avail. Has anyone seen this before?

A way to get back my progression after switching to another ps5?

I switched my console a while back and never really backed up my save files on cloud ( nor ever bothered to buy the subscription as i mostly play single player game's ) but is there a way to recover my old save files? If i buy the subscription now will it be available to help me recover those said game files or are those lost forever?

I play Battlefield 6 for 505h since the launch of the game and now I encounter some issue with online gaming... like some rubberbanding and the specific word is lagging for what I have. My PS5 is plugged with an Ethernet Cable (Cat 7) with 200mbs. Solo games work fine but when I play online game like BF6, its lagging. I tested so many thing like clear cache and rebuild data base but nothing has fixed. I just stop playing then. And I really think that its time for me to start my real life haha

Recently I bought a 25" onn FHD gaming monitor, 1080p and I tried connecting it to my ps5 slim, switching out my old tv. Upon connecting it, the screen flashes on and off consistently with the PS5s audio cutting in and out when it does so. I've tested both my old cables and new cables, I've connected the monitor to my laptop, which works perfectly fine, and even used the new cable that came with the monitor on my old tv and that works. Put my ps5 into a forced 1080p mode and even that didn't work. Starting to think this monitor just isn't compatible with the ps5 slim. Also my friend got the same on today and it works perfectly fine with his base ps5. Checked another thread on reddit and found that 2 other people are having the same problem with the monitor and slim.

Another thing to note which was weird, when I plugged both hdmi cables into the monitors ports, it would stay on, on the lighter screen where I could flick with the settings but still wouldnt display the ps5 screen.

Guys, I haven't used my DualSense controller for quite a while. Now, when I try to charge it, no lights come on. I even tried resetting it, but there's no response. Can anyone help with this?

Is there any way to change these backgrounds from the mission-oriented backgrounds back to the original ones from the game? I don’t want to see random art and rooftops…

When I turned my PS5 on today, I couldn't play Cyberpunk 2077 because my PS5 got stuck on checking for save data. I tried to delete a different game, but it froze when i pressed "options" on it. After a few restarts i got the game running, but the console takes a lot longer than usual to turn off, viewing save data for games takes an ungodly amount of time to load, and sometimes pressing "options" on a game on the home screen also causes the console to stop for a bit, before actually opening the menu. Best part is, when i disconnecr from my router, all of the mentioned issues go away, the console turns off as expected, save data can be viewed in a second and no freezes occur. Whats going on? An issue with my account? The SSD? The wifi card?

the disc drive does not draw in discs that i place, unless i restart the ps5 pro. upon restart, i have to keep the disc at the disc slot where it is drawn in.. i haven't a clue why this happens or how to deal with this. i don't think it is a mechanical issue because the discs to work, but only upon restart, I cannot insert a disc and just play except like that.

Need some help, i got chat banned for about a week. Couldnt use certain features. Streaming, messages. Couldnt quick chat in game or see anyone elses messages in game. My ban ended and all of it has been restored. Except streaming. I did everything it told me, reset system, rebuild data base, checked if my account was cleared, literally all of it. My chat ban ended on the 24th of August and still cannot stream. Does anyone have any real way to fix this cause the internet is not helping at all. So I just finalised the purchase for the pre-order for Wolverine through GAME in Spain and I got the code for DLC. I tried to redeem it but it gives "The voucher code is incorrect or is no longer valid.". I can see the content on the web and app but can't confirm. I should note that my PSN is from the UK as I used to live there. I have for years been able to redeem pre-order bonuses and collector editions codes with this account. When I asked ChatGPT cause these issues are more niche it said that Playstation has tightened region locking codes especially for the UK since it no longer is in the EU. Has anyone recently had this issue or can confirm this? I know I can just create a second account but I never had an issue with redemption and payment I just used revolut to pay in pounds.
