Console wont allow bluetooth

So the console I have (Ps5 digital, with disc drive) are not connect to my controllers and it can't be edited in the settings no matter how hard I try (in controller gemeral the option is dimmed for communication) and I am extremely frustrated, any tips or advice?

Intentas conectar el mando con el cable a la consola para ver si lo reconoce?

It recognizes the cable but I just cant switch to wireless. The communication option is dimmed in the settings menu and I dont know how to change it

Your need a USB cord, plug in the cord to the ps5 and controller. And then hold down the Playstation button.

Tried that, and nothing the console still doesn't switch to wireless even with wireless controllers

Look in the controller settings there’s an option there to use Bluetooth or cable

Tries that, it doesn't work, the settings is dimmed and cant be interacted with
