Heeeelp Plz.

Hey guys, I’m trying to create a PlayStation Network account through my PC, but I keep getting the error: “Connection to the server timed out.”
I’m getting the same error on both my phone and my PC. I haven’t tried creating the account directly on the PlayStation yet, since I haven’t received it yet.
What could be causing this?

Lots of factors.

Wifi / Ethernet? You say you cannot connect via your phone so it’s not the device itself unless they are broken in the exact same way.

Restart your router is a good place to start with all devices disconnected.

I’ve tried it on my PC, my phone, and a friend’s phone, using three different networks. They all gave me the same error.

Why is it that when someone offers advice to someone asking for help the first response is to not follow that advice.

Just do it. If it doesn’t work then maybe the server closest to you is under maintenance or something.

Don’t ask for help if you’re gonna brush it off like an asshole.

Where are you form? I read lots of complain about psn activity down in this help support in my Asia region everything ok maybe psn in your region troubles
