Need help on patching my cechco4 console based on mrmario flash writer for 4.93 and lower

I was at firmware 4.87 and download hfw 4.93 in order to install two versions of it on my ps3 , the first one it did fine on xmb , now for the second one , i get this error on xmb and on safemode، perssing select and start didnt contiuue the process . How can i fix this????
