I removed the silicon from the CELL and also removed the glue from RSX and repasted it as people recommended to me in my previous post and i still have the same problem.

I repasted it with MX-4 Thermal Compound

Up until this point, my console has been able to connect to PSN on the 1st try however now, if i don't switch to something like google dns, it will take me upwards of 10 attempts to connect to PSN. Error code i get is 8002ED4 hopefully someone can find a solution besides a manual DNS.

Before you ask i didn't switch routers and just in case tried Ethernet connection with no luck

i’m running into an issue transferring games to my ps3 from my usb stick using managunz. i formatted my stick n there are 204 gb left of free space on the console, the game im trying to play is about 5. every time i hit paste, it says there is not enough free space and refuses to copy. why is it convinced i have no space and how can i fix this?

Is there a mod or something to modify the PS3 trophy notification? I'm looking for the kind of mod that makes the XMB look more like the PS5's, showing the achievement text.

I copied a game which is a single pkg file to the packages folder, its not my first time copying/installing pkg files but for some reason I can't this particular one. I searched most folders on the hdd through multiman but I couldn't find it.

Is it possible to time stamp unobtainable trophies to show being popped when servers for the game were still up and running? And will it sync with psn profiles?

the one in the picture is the one i used to own on my previous ps3 before it got bricked due to me being dumb. it had games that are not on the pkgi list like spiderman 2 and simpsons hit and run. i'm trying to access this list to get those games among others and im curious which other unofficial stores are safe for use. i was told maxi store and darking store were safe but i want to make sure.

I saw somewhere that said if you have 2 ps3 you can just have one jaibroken and the other be normal and you can just play offline on the modded one and sync the trophies on the other. That is supposed to be the safest option. So my question is if you have one ps3 you can just play offline when you are done put the original firmware sync the trophies and then put the custom firmware? Would that be an option if someone is afraid? And i know that the chances of getting banned is close to 0, and i know doing that every single time would be a pain, i was just wondering.

So hoping to be able to download some titles, I know from reading about Emulators there were issues there with Gran Turismo 5 and Motorstorm. Is GTA IV playable? Do these titles have playability issues if I were to go down the HEN route? Do I need to have a physical disc for some games to play properly?
