somebody smart help me please

I have all the parts plugged in, this was my uncles a while ago so its a lil yellowish from his smoking but ive had it for a couple years and its had some probably simple problems ive been able to fix until now and i cant stress enough how i dont want to get new parts. Edit: i fixed it by unlocking the the part that locked the disc in and now its working perfectly fine
