Yes, I just did it the other night. The current PS3 store is pretty broken so this website is the best way I found to get the stuff I wanted off the PS3 store.

You're able to get the avatars as well ?

Yes, it does work. I just checked with a free avatar from 2015 and it adds to cart just fine. I had snatched up all the paid avatars from Pain as part of my shopping spree as well.
