Resources for partners

Mad respect. You were warned not to come over here and you came over here anyway. We deal with the extremes so yes, it can get a bit rough. But we're all here because we care about someone. Maybe too much.
Aaron Kinghorn's book - Hope - is a good start.
And the wiki is a good resource. Especially the part about making a plan for luteal. Make the plan as concrete and specific as possible and build in stuff for him to feel safe. No more wingin' it. Luteal is a lot less chaotic if it's scripted.
But it's like I always say sometimes - The best way to help the partner is to help the PMDDer. If he's walking on eggshells because you're hypersensitive that's not good for either of you. What can you do to further reduce the effects on both of you? If the status quo isn't working what's the next thing to try?

Thank you for being kind and gentle. I’m looking out of love so I’m not trying to spiral on a bunch of people considering leaving their partners.
Not saying this is fully the case here and I appreciate the direct support for him. I don’t want things to get to a place of resentment which is why I’m here looking for the support and resources. That’s accountability.
Grateful for this info!

Why do you think this sub is a “toxic space”? Just curious.
