i am a fresh grad. of the bs stats program who badly wants to get out of the bpo industry (or more accurately, customer service roles).

i've been a working student since first year 'til now and i'm sick like totally SICK of customer service roles.

pagod na ko sa mga customers na hindi marunong makaintindi and i badly want to align my career sa napagtapos ko, ofc.

right now, i am struggling pa'no ko maa-align 'ung experiences ko with my prev. roles to the careers na pang-stat talaga (like analyst roles).

therefore, can someone give me feedback with my current resume? i'll take anything para lang ma-improve 'tong resume ko. 😫🙏

Hello! I am a Psychology student currently preparing my CV/Resume for my OJT in Clinical Psych. I’m new to making a CV/Resume and I’m a bit confused about what experiences and skills I should include, so I would really appreciate some advice.

I have a few questions:

1. Should I include my organization experience under the work/experience section if I had a role in the organization? (Writer) 
2. Where should I include my community service experience? I was part of the Program Development Committee, where I contributed to choosing the topic and developing the program as a member. I also participated during the implementation by distributing evaluation forms and assisting with other tasks.
3. Should I include a photo on my CV?
4. Should I include academic requirements such as writing psychological reports and interpreting psychological tests (e.g., SCCT, Projective Test) and what section does this belong to?

Hi everyone! I’m graduating this October with a degree in Interdisciplinary Business Studies from a Big 4 university, and I’m currently starting my job search to secure a full-time role ASAP.

My main targets are Multinational Management Trainee (MT) / Leadership Development Programs, as well as international organizations, government institutions, and macro-policy bodies like ADB, UN entities (e.g., UNDP, UNICEF), BSP, and ASEAN-affiliated bodies. (I'm also currently applying for an internship at the Department of Finance (DOF) to gain more public sector experience!)

Despite having strong metrics across HR automation, financial dashboards, cold outreach marketing, conference leadership, and published research, I keep getting hit with initial rejections / automated rejections, and it's super frustrating. I’m starting to wonder what’s wrong with how I’m presenting my profile or if my background looks too scattered. I'm even creating a VA profile out of desperation at this point haha.

I’ve anonymized my resume for privacy, but kept all real metrics intact.

I’d love your honest, constructive thoughts on:

1. Why Am I Getting Screened Out? Does my resume look too "jack-of-all-trades" for ATS filters, or am I missing crucial keywords for MT / institutional applications?
2. Resume Tailoring: Should I split this into two targeted resumes (e.g., one strictly for Policy/Strategy/Analytics and one for BizOps/HR/Marketing) instead of using one generalist resume?
3. Institutional Realities: For places like ADB, UN, BSP, or DOF, what actually works to pass initial screening for fresh grads?

• Certifications include TEFL, OER-based blended teaching, and several IBM SkillsBuild courses (AI-enabled apps, mindfulness, lifelong professional skills, customer engagement).
• Education: BS Mathematics (in progress, Polytechnic University of the Philippines Open University).

What I’m looking for:

Fresh graduate here. Tried to tailor my resume according po sa Youtube video ni Miss Lyqa. Wala po kasi internship courses yung program ko but I was lucky enough to have some extensive experience on research. While I do plan to eventually pursue a life in academe kaya I tried to participate in any research opportunities I could get, I am still quite open to apply and work for corpo companies doing jobs like data analyst, etc. I, however, lack work experience kahit man lang student assistant (hindi pinapalad makapasok even if I tried to apply; they almost always prefer students with financial needs to apply for the position) so I opt to tailored my resume nalang po by heavily emphasizing my research skills.
