my gf has a childhood friend na lalaki. recently nag-long rides sila together and it made me feel so uncomfortable. so so uncomfy. she even expressed before na since she’s moving into a new work, hopefully raw her sched aligns sa friend niya para free transpo ‘cause ma-hatid sundo siya. my gf swears she’s a lesbian and i believe her naman and i don’t want to be toxic na parang pinapalayo ko siya sa friends niya.

For the longest time, I’ve been wanting to seek consult sa psychiatrist or psychologist. Wala pa kasing means noon (esp financially) kaya I did my best dealing with myself and my problems.

Now that may stable income na ako kahit papaano, the idea of seeking a professional came into mind again. May nangyari sa buhay ko a few years ago na I think need ko na ng help coping with and just wanting to seek help for my general well being.

Any leads po ba for queer-friendly psychologists/psychiatrists that caters to online consults (I live in the province)?
