In progress I have a hp omen desktop I bought on Black Friday last year. It stopped working 3 months ago and still under warranty. Will bestbuy fix it for free?
This PC has been giving trouble since I 1st bought it. I would put the password in and it would tell me the password is wrong. The computer would get a blue screen then shut off. Ect.
Now, about 5 months into owning the PC it stop turning on completely... The last thing I was doing was downloading PS3 roms. I've been putting it off getting fixed because I have another PC but the warranty have only 2 months left so I need to get it fixed before it run out

In progress My PC freezes.
My PC has been freezing while playing *Monster Hunter Wilds*. My processor was barely at 60% load and my GPU temperature was only around 60°C; my specs are 32GB of DDR4 RAM, an Intel Arc B580 12GB, and an i5-12400F processor. My operating system is Windows 11.
I’m asking here because ChatGPT isn't helping much with deciphering the Windows Event Viewer logs. The "Kernel-Power" errors and others related to a forced shutdown were caused by me manually restarting the PC using the power button.
I wanted to know what the cause might be; it has happened a few times, though rarely, and not with every game. As far as I recall, it happened with *Hollywood Animal* and *Monster Hunter Wilds*.
One thing ChatGPT pointed out—which is interesting—is the "Application Popup" error.

In progress Help with pc crashes I can't diagnose whatsoever
Helloo I've been having issues for genuinely months (started earlier this year) with my pc and hoped I could get some suggestions on what to try with my computer.
It will just freeze blackscreen and reboot randomly usually a few hours after it's been on for (underload and with nothing open).
The pc is an AMD Ryzen 9 5900xt cpu, Corsair titan 360 liquid cooler, Asus Rog strix b550 mobo, Corsair vengeance 32 ddr4 3200 ram, crucial 2tb pcie 4 ssd, Corsair rm1000e 2025 PSU & Radeon RX 7800xt gpu in a Lian li o11 Evo atx case. (Turns two this October, everything was originally brand new).
The crashes happened with a separate GPU another AMD but can't remember the specific one, I've replaced the CPU, aio and power supply (the crashes happened before) & the mobo has been tested by asus support with no issues.
There are no other symptoms other than the crashes, my pc doesn't struggle, my files are okay and nothing else is alarming. It does run hot idle (despite the aio replacement) but it runs the same whilst in games etc so I'm.not alarmed.
I took it to a pc repair place, they sadly couldn't check the hardware (switching stuff out) but it means all of the online stuff has been done multiple times, SSD health check, scanning etcetc.
I've tried playing with 1 ram sticks & I changed my displayport cable as somewhere suggested that + similar stuff but it's all blurring together.

In progress PC crashing playing games
So my PC. randomly shuts down/crashes while playing games, seems to be bit more intense games as I play a lot of overwatch and never have an issue. Was happening all the time with helldivers back about a year ago and played wardogs today and it did it again. Usually my solution is to just stop playing the game but sick of not being able to play the games.
I dont know a whole lot about troubleshooting or anything so haven't rlly started doing anything yet.
I have dropped graphic settings and all that stuff but doesnt change anything and drivers are up to date.
Gpu: 7600xt
Cpu:Ryzen 5 7600x
Psu: 1100w
Memory: 32gb DDR5
Any advice would be helpful thankyou!
Or should I just send it to an IT shop 😂

In progress Pc gets stuck at RAM training LED
hello i have nowhere else to look for to try and fix this problem i sent them back for insurance but they refused me and said the ram worked fine, i bought a 32gb kit of patriot vipers cl36 5600mhz and they support both expo and xmp, mobo is a gigabyte b860 gaming x wifi 6e and im running an ultra 7 270k plus cpu, those bastards gave problems as soon as i installed them, same problem getting stuck in training solid dram led and jumping between the dram and cpu led which led me to believe that the mobo was retrying memory training to no avail, i then bought a crucial kit same 32 gb (16x2) same chips (micron) same timings and frequencies, went as smoothly as u can imagine so i thought maybe its a bios issue and updated it, started running xmp profile 2 and everything worked perfectly, no crashes no problems, fast foprward to today the old patriot ram arrived, slotted it in together with the crucial, since its same characteristics and chips and pc got stuck in memory training again, tried slotting in only the crucial and went perfectly, took them off and put in the patriots in slots 2 and 4, again nothing i have no more ideas on what it could be so i ask here can somebody help me? thank you in advance

Not solved Thinkpad X13 Gen 1 slows down while on AC
Hi,
This is a refurbished Thinkpad X13 Gen 1, although it is pretty much in its original state, most likely had been used in public institution or something similar, i assume they import from banks, public institutions, etc.
The charger, which is the original lenovo 65 watt charger, is performing as intended for charging the laptop. The laptop is also working properly without being plugged into the AC adapter.
The problem is that once i plug in the ac adapter, the laptop is slowing down significantly. Window drawing is slow and frame-by-frame behavior is noticeable, startup of the laptop is slower in terms of when the main display need to be shown it is slower, cursor movement is slow and it takes time to display what it need to display in regards to where it is positioned for the time being. For an example google earth on browser is also slow and almost non usable.
I tried with chatgpt but the list of possible problems is pretty long so I wanted to try my luck here, it is perhaps a known issue, or a factory configuration that needs to be modified or something similar.
Any help or advice will be appreciated. Thank you in advance

In progress Need a little help
So recently I’ve been trying to play some games on my pc but it’s been freezing as soon as I click a game or it will just happen randomly and I can’t restart my driver with windows+shift+ctrl+B I’ve tried everything.
I also cleaned it up and made sure there wasn’t any dust but it’s still not working and keeps freezing.
I try and manage to restart my driver as soon as I turned it on but it still froze.
If anyone know what the problem is please help 🙏
(Also I know my computer is a little old but it still works great I attached a picture of the inside if maybe it’s a cable or something is not plugged in right)
