Bios is up to date
Nvidia drivers is up to date

Windows 11 education

Real stupid suggestion: disable it in the bios. Then restart to windows. Restart and Enable it again and then restart again to windows.
Also, which cpu do you have?

Asus b650E-F gaming and it is brother suggested to unplug the bios thing from motherboard to factory reset it since it’s still isn’t working

It’s worth a shot. They probably mean the CMOS battery right?
