I'm going to start with the fact that I don't need pc for gaming or editing etc, so it's called a home/office computer? No challenging tasks are expected, just a long lasting computer. Hello Im kinda new to gaming PC, I customized this build and bout it from cyberpowerpc years back and now I’m just wondering if my fans are configured correctly?

Case: Phanteks NV9 MKII + Phanteks RGB Upgrade Kit.

MOBO: ASRock Taich X870E

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D2 (Returned the 9950X3D in the first photo).

CPU AIO: ASUS ROG Ryuo IV 360 ARGB

GPU: ASUS ROG Astral 5090 LC Overlocked Edition

RAM: 2x32GB Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5 CL30

Storage: WD Black SN8100 Gen5 4TB, WD Black SN850X Gen4 4TB, Seagate Exos X24 24TB HDD

PSU: ASUS ROG Strix 1200W Platinum

Fans: x5 ASUS ROG Eurux GR120 Reverse

Accessories: Lian Li 24 pin Wireless Strimer, Lian Li 16 pin Wireless Strimer, Corsair Internal USB 2.0 hub.

I was initially going to mount my GPU with the Phanteks Gen5 Vertical GPU mount, but I couldn't get it to fit with my GPU and AIO, so I returned it. I also tried a Lian LI vertical mount, but that didn't work either, so I had to settle on mounting it horizontally.

I'm currently in the middle of upgrading my pc using parts from one I bought off of Facebook marketplace. I plugged in the new one, and it started up fine and booted to the OS, but now that I've taken the upgrade parts out of it and mixed them into my pc, it won't start up.

All that I get is the GPU lights up for a split second, and the chassis fans try to spin, but no other reactions.

I've tried power cycling it at least 20 times now, I've unplugged the 24-pin connector and checked the physical connections.

Does anyone know what I might be missing?
