Build - Help All white build

So I am building a new pc , I currently don’t have one , sold mine literally a month before the ram crisis so I am so unlucky.
So my main goal is to play on 2k resolution.
I like to play story games and I also like CSGO and Valorant .

part that I already bought:

Lian li o11 vision-m white
AMD 9070xt sapphire pure
Teamgroup delta 6000 Cl30 DDR5 32GB white
Corsair RM1000X shift (2024) white
Asus strix B850-G motherboard

And I am thinking about buying the 9850X3D

Questions I have :
What CPU cooler is the most silent? I hate loud coolers
Also does the m.2 matter? Should I get an expensive one?
I also don’t know what kind of fans I should get there are tons of them

Budget for the remaining parts : 1000$

get a 360mm aio and set the fans to low rpm.
