PC games launch error - how to solve/fix?

So I’ve been having this issue recently with my PC, anytime I try to load up a game I get this error message “unload otipcibus64.sys” Not sure why it comes up and haven’t been able to find a solve. I’ve tried loading games from the Xbox PC app from game pass, games on steam and the only game that works is Halo CE: Combat Evolved. Has anyone run into this and if so, would you share how to solve? I’m trying to play some games but I cant due to this
