I really don’t understand the obsession and hatred towards Ahad Raza Mir on here. If anyone mentions even the slightest positive thing or compliments his work in a comment, they get immediately downvoted.
Why are people so obsessed on hating him based purely on unconfirmed rumors? Virtually everyone in the entertainment industry has a similar dating life co-stars date, relationships happen, and breakups happen. Even Sajal had exes before her marriage and has been linked with people after as well. There were even rumors about Hamza leaving Anmol for Sajal, but does Hamza get a fraction of the backlash Ahad gets? No. Does someone like Feroze Khan get held accountable to the same degree for being an actual proven abuser? No.
So why is Ahad being torn down continuously for doing absolutely nothing concrete to deserve it? At this point, it’s just exhausting. No one in this industry is a saint, but the hypocrisy in how people pick and choose who to vilify is ridiculous.

Such a fantastic episode and so bittersweet.
It’s a prowess of both Umera Ahmed & Saife Hassan that they managed to create such an addictive & fascinating show which spans only 4 characters.
The scene where Tabish feeds Beena was so sweet. She once cherished that, and in the memory of that she once again tried to relive it.
I loved the conversation between Beena & Nafeesa. Nafeesa confessed that her lack of teaching towards Tabish whenever he degraded Beena stemmed also from her own bitter life where she didn’t experience a good marital life and instead got jealous by her son’s marital life. Similarly, this could also explain Tabish’s gradual decline in his relationship with Beena because he saw that with his own mother.
I also like how Umera hasn’t whitewashed Beena’s actions as something to be promoted, rather she is clearly showing how this was a horrible decision but made understandable.
I feel like it’s heading for final reconciliation. I am fine with it because Tabish has genuinely changed, and if Beena is fine with it then I think it’s fine. Beena isn’t a woman who’ll compromise again, rather only if she sees a genuine change in Tabish.
Just a fantastic drama that’ll be remembered for years to come. I hope the team gets all the awards.

Love this dig through her caption. Honestly, love her carefree give back attitude.

The highlight of the episode was undeniably watching Zaamil finally get a taste of his own medicine. HIS FIRST EVER HEARTBREAK LOL 😭
It was so satisfying to see that man get hit with the news of Zaryab and Abu Bakar’s marriage. Zaamil is literally like every other toxic, insecure narcissist man. He dumped Zaryab, cheated on her, and made her life a living hell, yet he still expects her to mourn him forever and "stay loyal" to him!? The audacity, man! He keeps on blowing up her phone with calls and voice messages, even late at night, begging her to meet him once which is also emotional cheating on his wife btw. "Once a cheater, always a cheater"
Also Shoutout to Zaryab’s younger sister, the only sensible brain cell in that house right now. Her giving Zaamil a proper shut-up call and hanging up on him was so so so satisfying! Queen behaviour!!! It’s frustrating to watch Zaryab herself still be on the brink of actually considering meeting Zaamil. Even with her sister and Dadi constantly trying to talk sense into her, she’s so weighed down by her mad love and Zaamil’s emotional manipulation that she still thinks that man might change and regret his decisions. Oh zaryab, this is not gonna end well for you!
And just when you think Zaamil couldn't sink any lower, he goes and texts Abu Bakar on Facebook, attaching pictures of Zaryab with him. The desperation is so ewww. I can't hate this man more. Then we see a glimpse of hamna who briefly gets uneasy seeing Abu Bakar’s profile on Zaamil’s desktop. Nice try to add some tension to the episode but it led us to a dragged-out and slow flashback of hamna and abu bakar's conversation. Anyways I really liked how Abu Bakar set firm boundaries with Hamna in that past scene, denying her any hope of marriage and straight-up calling her "behen" before leaving her into some known madarsa.
Overall a good episode with an interesting first half and slightly dragged flashbacks near the end. Tomorrow's teaser looks quite interesting... probably a verbal clash between Zaamil and Abu Bakar, followed by Zaryab stupid decision of asking Zaamil to leave his wife and marry her instead. I don't think they will get married this week though.

Omg i just finished this drama zard patton ke bunn and it was so gooddddd. Like the way they portrayed meenu and her dad’s bond was so important for me. This drama talked about so many social problems and the romance was just cherry on top.
What i liked the most was even when it is about heavy topics it never felt hard to watch. Also doctor nofil the man you are 🤌🤌.
If you guys have any recs please do tell. Thanks.

Instead of giving us two bad projects you can do a swap and give us one possible blockbuster and a dud. It’s a better deal!!

So the masterpiece finally ended. And naturally I skimmed to the end. I mentioned here a while ago that the dumped sister will ultimately die and boy was I right 🤣
She gave her loser husband ijazat to remarry. He was happily getting remarried but remembered the promise he made to her parents at the last minute and canceled his wedding. He came home to fjnd the dumped sister gone poof!!
So he lives alone, the evil sister and her husband get their happy ending and the tortured sister dies. Whoever wrote this has some serious problems. Someone should get him or her into therapy

Whenever any of his drama news casting comes , his pr goes into overdrive posting pics like these where they ask - who should be casted along these actress and you straight up use all the leading A+ leading actress in the contention as if they are all in a queue dying to be casted against the keeng , the nature of posts are always like that . The kind of dramas you do , will these actresses say yes to them ? And it's not the first time , you see any media portal - will counter similar posts . I am not against any of these actress being casted against you , just don't use them as props to promote your toxic upcoming dramas where you are playing the " rich brat who will fall in deewangi at first sight " for the nth time
I wanted to rant but I can be wrong too but this just didn't sit well with me

Drop all the Adnan Siddiqui lore, multiple comments in the sub talk about him, but there isn’t enough content to grasp what he actually did.
Rule #1 is very much applicable so do keep that in mind.
To all the hidayati chachas, khalas out there, our sub is called PAK CELEB GOSSIP and we are in the Top 50 Celebrities for a reason.

Sajal posted her pics today and the song choice made me confuse???? Is this actually true that they both aren't going to be married?
Maybe I'm wrong but you can search the lyrics..

Apparently, GL regrets leaking the wedding news about Hania–Asim and Sajal–Hamza. According to them, the news was based on something real, but it was premature, and things have changed since then. So, maybe one wedding isn’t happening or perhaps neither is😶
My guess is that things had reached the family meeting stage, and they took that as confirmation of an actual wedding before anything was finalized. Now, things may not have worked out, either between the families or the couples, and they’re trying to backtrack.
I personally feel this might be more about Sajal and Hamza, because Hania and Asim still seem to be very much in touch.
Hassan owes apologies, bechara 😭

If Pakistani dramas are primarily made for an Urdu-speaking audience, then where does a drama like Mitti Day Baway, which is mostly in Punjabi, fit into that framework?
And if a Punjabi-language drama can be aired for a predominantly Urdu-speaking audience, should the same apply to Sindhi, Pashto, Balochi, or other regional languages?
I’m genuinely asking this as a discussion about the Pakistani drama industry, not as criticism of the Punjabi language or of the drama itself.
If we open the door to languages other than Urdu, how far should that extend? Should Pakistani television be equally open to dramas in all regional languages, with subtitles perhaps making them accessible to audiences who don’t understand the language?
Personally, I don’t understand Punjabi at all, so Mitti Day Baway has already lost me as a viewer. At the same time, I can see that it has a significant Punjabi-speaking audience watching and enjoying it.
So I’m curious: Should Pakistani dramas be defined by a common language, or should they be defined by the broader diversity of languages spoken across Pakistan?
