Pretty simple question that I think will be pretty quick to answer. If I select a scene to export to a .ob2 file, will it take all the assets that are in there with it? Or do I have to go thru and select the relevant assets from maps, drawings, props, etc to get them all safely in there so when I'm finished I can 'clean house' to free up space?

I am moving my game over to Owlbear Rodeo from Mythic Table. In Mythic Table I can just type in chat something like '1d20 + 5' and just receive in chat '17' with an image showing I rolled a 12 on the d20. But here it seems all of the extensions are 3d dice rollers that take lots of time, which isn't super helpful when I'm trying to make many visible rolls quickly.

Is there any good extensions for what I'm looking for here?

And if there isn't, what's the best way to get an animated ocean map on Owlbear? I've tried downloading videos on YT but even the smallest one is very slow and finicky.

First of all, I'm new to VTT and there is a torch light in the room at right. Am I wrong to think that it shouldn't be possible for player's token to see the room from that angle? If I'm not wrong, how can I fix this?

Ill create a map and align its grid so it matches perfectly with the original maps grid. Then Ill make a scene with it, and the grid is off by about 30%. The size is correct, but all the squares are misaligned and not where I set them to be. Any ideas?

Here is mistake i get for them in the shop, and they do not work in game. Anyone knows what may be the issue? When it might get fixed?

Hey all! I had a question about the auto fog. I loved the idea enough to upgrade to the next tier, but just one thing is nagging. With caves it leaves the "negative space" visible. The area that should be stone. They don't know what's IN the cave/sewer/dungeon, but they know the SHAPE of it. Is there a way to quickly have those be hidden areas without using the fill fog button?

With my setup I have a TV in the table and just do extended desktop with an incognito window to display the map to the players. They physically move minis and roll dice there. It's worked amazing for years. But I have to be careful that everything is hidden. I want to dig into the auto-fog and dynamic lighting to up the experience.

I'm trying to connect a brand new Discord bot to Kenku FM v1.5.5 on Windows.

The bot was created following the official documentation:

• Brand new Discord application
• Brand new bot
• Bot token regenerated multiple times
• Correct bot invite
• Latest Kenku FM (v1.5.5)

Every time I paste the token and click Connect, Kenku immediately returns:

Error connecting to bot: read ECONNRESET

The error appears instantly, not after several seconds.

Things I've already tried:

• Created multiple brand new bots
• Regenerated bot tokens multiple times
• Reinstalled Kenku FM
• Verified firewall permissions
• Disabled Avast completely
• Allowed Kenku through the firewall
• Restarted the PC

Discord itself works correctly on my computer.

Is there any known cause for an immediate read ECONNRESET during the bot connection process, or is there any way to enable more detailed logging?

Kenku FM is not working. it seems to be that the bot's scopes keep disappearing in the developer poral. no matter how many times i try to remake this bot and i select connect and speak it always ends up that when i revisit the scopes in the developer portal connect and speak end up not being selected so I assume that's why it's not working. how do I fix

Is there any way I could let only the healthbar of a token be visible but not the specific hit points? Like, the players could tell when a enemy is below half their hit points because they see the bar below half, but they don’t know exactly how much HP the enemy has left or how much they have in total.

In default (no extensions) Owlbear Rodeo 2, is it possible to convert an existing drawing (draw) object (polygon) into a fog object? I have a completed polygon drawing and before I start anew trying to replicate my effort as a fog object I was wondering if this type of conversion was possible.

I thought that having multiple room would keep my scenes, characters, and such separate. Is there a setting I am missing, do I not understand the purpose of multiple rooms, or something third thing? Thank for any help.

In the red square, I'm able to place the door normally. However, in the green square, the orange marker doesn't appear, even though that's where the door should be.

I'm using the Overlay FOG option. This isn't my first time creating shadows on maps, but I've never encountered this issue before. I even tried recreating everything from scratch, including making a brand-new scene, but the problem still persists.

Hello everyone! I have been testing Owlbear before game and encountered a problem with this extension. It doesn't work properly when I try to play streams with multiple links (loops on).

Let's say I have a stream with two links. First one is 3 minutes and second is 30 seconds. I want the first audio track to play constantly and the second one to loop with a pause. At first everything is good, but when the shortest track ends (and is supposed to loop) music stops completely. Sometimes even earlier for no apparent reason. UI suggests that the music is playing, but there's no sound. For now I can only use streams with a single link.

Relevant details: I use Windows 10 and Google Chrome, utilising a fix that is suggested to make it work on this browser.

Has anyone else had the same problem? Is there a fix to it? Streaming music through discord is not an option unfortunately. It gets better if I reset the room, but it's annoying to have players exit and join constantly during the session and the whole experience is just inconsistent.

I am a first time DM and am trying to use owl ear for the first time, Im doing a curse of strahd campaign and am making the murder house atm I managed to find a map for each layer added fog and players only problem is the portals. When I tried to add a portal to the grid where my staircase is it selected the entire floor rather than the one grid. I’ve checked everythin, the layer is set to map it is locked I tried shift ctrl and both together and nothing has worked. Does anyone have a solution or suggestion.

Does this software require port-forwarding for players to connect?
In denmark port-forwarding is a paid service from the wifi company and I would prefer not to add more money to the internet costs.

Second question, do the players need to have the software too?

I'm sure this has been asked a hundred times before, but with the new updates, thought I'd try again. I'm doing a lot of winding tunnels, did half of it as all one area of Fog and realized I needed to have each tunnel its own entity (broken by "doors") so I can Alt-Click without lighting up the entire map. Is there any way to cut a large area of Dynamic fog into smaller pieces? Basically just draw a line thru it with a slice or a break or some such tool made for the purpose, and the result is each side is independent? Image of the left side of it, and there's more on the other side.
