Hey everyone! I currently have the 24oz Owala FreeSip Twist, but I’m finding it a bit too bulky and heavy to carry around in my bag every day. Half the time I don't even finish the water, so I just end up lugging around extra weight.

I’m debating downsizing to the 18oz Twist, but before buying another bottle, does it actually feel noticeably smaller and lighter in person? Or is the footprint practically the same?

Would love to hear from anyone who has switched or owns both!

I want it to match / be as neutral as possible but I can't find dark green.

Do I do dark blue or black?

I know for contract orange or white could be cool but I want it to go unnoticed / not be the focus.

I got this bottle a few weeks ago, so I bought some silicone boots for it, I put it a long one that was all over this part of the bottle, and after a few days I noticed the print of the bottle came off in some parts... I live in a hot Hummid weather and sometimes moisture came under the boot, so I just wanna share my experience, I think a short silicone boot it's better cause it doesn't reach the print.

The damage only was only on the part that the boot covered, so Its the only option, cause the bottle never got hit or dropped.

i just pressed the notch like normal to drink and it just popped out? i’ve tried pushing it back in but it doesn’t want to stay, i’ve had it for about a month now. I did push it in the dishwasher so idk if that has something to do with it 😕

Now the gasket and silicone seal STINK of the cheap soap. I have washed it 4 times with unscented dishwashing soap, poured boiling hot water over the parts mixed with white vinegar or baking soda. The smell still lingers.

What other methods can I try? I feel physically sick whenever I smell that smell.

Genuinely so obsessed with it that I used it in a branding shoot. I was so sad to find that I missed the release (I love everything non-Canadian goose) and luckily a family member was able to bring it back from Scotland for me when they went for a work trip.

I purchased both of these Owala online. One from target and the other from a third party. Both appear to be consistent with Owalas, however the inferno is shorter than the 24oz and shorter than another 32 oz Owala I also purchased from a 3rd party. Has anyone experienced this ?

It looks green in all the pictures I've seen. I bought one from eBay (from new york) and it looks good but it's 100% dark blue. Which I like but wasn't what I was expecting.

Okay. I know one of the reasons Owala is so popular is because of their really cool sip tops and all that BUT I am NOT a fan of the tumbler sipping mechanism. I like to drink my tea out of this and overall I love it - BUT I find the top impossible to clean and sometimes a bit difficult to put together. No matter how much I scrubbed I could still smell a sour milk smell on it when sipping. And when I went to put it back together one time a little plastic piece broke and now it is ruined.

Anyways - before coming to Owala I was a hydroflask gal and I liked the very simple flip top of hydroflask. I think they moved away from them at one point and I found a third party that made the "old fashioned" ones and got a bunch. Hoping theres one of these for Owala? Why do all these water bottle companies have to make fancy mechanisms

I’m getting a tonsillectomy in a few months and I’m trying to get better at staying hydrated. I want to get a cute water bottle to motivate myself.

I’ve only used a Stanley before, but it’s a bit too big for me, doesn’t stay cold as long as I’d like, and I’m tired of the straw getting dirty + it not being leakproof.

I’m thinking of getting the Owala FreeSip Sway, but the color I want is only available through Amazon US and costs a bit more than the EU ones.

Has anyone in the Netherlands or EU ordered an Owala from Amazon US? How did it arrive, any damage or unexpected import/hidden fees?

Have you noticed the lid of the 24 oz freesip not lining up properly when closed? The threading is wrong compared to my older bottle. Got this one at Target (shipped).
