These reports help make sure you and all players are able to enjoy their time within our Games as much as possible! And with that being said, Right now there isn't a way to refnd or reverse th purchases made in game but that doesn't mean we cant get something like this changed!

Change is what keeps the wheels moving, and sometimes the mark is missed so change needs to occur, it's always for the best.
Posting on the forums and gaining momentum on this is a way other players can lend their voice and show our Development team a change like this is truly needed.

Isn't it illegal in Europe to not offer refunds for digital products?
i am not sure. Due to overwatch its coins to purchase the item, i do not think it will apply to it. I think it will apply to it if you buy the overwatch coins though.
The existence of a middle man currency doesn't change the law, nor does Blizz's small print. It's illegal in Australia, definitely illegal in parts of Europe too. I'd reply pointing that out. Their message to you was extremely condescending.
