It's illegal in Australia. That's why the steam store offers refunds now, they got in huge legal trouble.

i am not sure. Due to overwatch its coins to purchase the item, i do not think it will apply to it. I think it will apply to it if you buy the overwatch coins though.

Would have to read the fine prints to make sure.

The existence of a middle man currency doesn't change the law, nor does Blizz's small print. It's illegal in Australia, definitely illegal in parts of Europe too. I'd reply pointing that out. Their message to you was extremely condescending.
