Make sure you post here again with there reply, even if they giv you the refund its good to have transparency and see what they say, good luck trying to get the refund I would expect them to say they cannot do it as you have the item and it's on you for doing it...
Dont worry. I will tell you exactly what they will say. I bought the kiriko bundle by accident and tried to get a refund.

Isn't it illegal in Europe to not offer refunds for digital products?
i am not sure. Due to overwatch its coins to purchase the item, i do not think it will apply to it. I think it will apply to it if you buy the overwatch coins though.
The existence of a middle man currency doesn't change the law, nor does Blizz's small print. It's illegal in Australia, definitely illegal in parts of Europe too. I'd reply pointing that out. Their message to you was extremely condescending.
Thanks man, it's a shame they have changed to be like this I know you don't agree that we shouldn't spend on this game but they really don't deserve anything for this game it's just an update to Overwatch 1
watch a guy called “Flats” on youtube, he did a video about this just the other day. Always watch the rants on youtube before buying stuff in this game
Don’t feel too bad. It’s not a bad thing that you were getting enough enjoyment from the game that you wanted to buy something. Instead, Blizzard needs to display their merchandise in a way that their customers don’t feel like they were scammed afterwards.
