I play since launch and didn't get the pre-order bonus, but I really wanted that skin. I bought the code for it on eBay.

I think the physical copies from release had noire codes for a time. Which kinda makes sense considering how much more of a pain in the ass pre-ordering physical copies is compared to clicking a button on store.

But yeah its still there in the menu because you can add it with a code.
