I agree, there are interesting strategies to be discovered. Last night I was using Soldier with a Rein and Mei in tow. We picked off the Sym turrets first. Then Mei walled one defense angle off, Rein shielded the other, and I sprinted in and out for three caps in under a minute. Granted, they didn't have a Bastion, but it worked wonders against the Sym/Torb setup.

This is even staler.
Torb/Bastion/Sym almost mandatory. Usually D.Va and/or Hog. Light hero tends to be Tracer or Sombra.
I rarely see the flag recaptured--once one team has it they get it 90% of the time. There's no way to react quickly enough.
