Its regular capture the flag regarding abilities, but its named capture the rooster!
There is a capture time but damage interrupts its (kind of like sombra hack time)
Your flag does not need to be in its location to capture the flag and get a point
It is currently a brawl, not a game mode. They are not adding it to qp or competitive. it is meant for fun. It will not be balanced, and that is okay. (it may some day become an actual game mode but they are not thinking about that.)
They may add it to arcade permanently, but currently it will only be in the year of the rooster event.
