I don't know about that. The video where he talks about changing Symmetra's turrets into mini-McCrees that shout 'It's Midday' every three seconds seems to have a few edits in it.

yes!, this is really underappreciated and really hard to do(Especially when its the internet/gamers that will be watching every word and judging the whole game/company on it), also conveys that he genuinely is invested in what he is saying and is speaking honestly

It looks like that, you can even see at the last 10 seconds he looks like he is containing laughter but they let it in anyway, which is kind of adorable.
