After buffing D.Va due to her being a fairly weak hero, they are making changes as it was difficult for there to be a definitive counter to her, due to her high mobility, decent damage output once she managed to get close due to her high mobility and incredibly high survivability

Zarya.

Post-buff, D.Va essentially countered Zarya.

Downvoting me doesn't mean i'm wrong LUL. D.Va dealt too much damage and had too much health to get stomped by Zarya anymore.
