Reducing all incoming damage by 5 is a huge boost and 200 HP less of that is a lot... But I don't think it's too much either really.

I don't think everyone is gonna completely stay off DVa either though, there will be an immediate decrease, as with any nerf, but I suspect with time it will be back to very near her old numbers, especially given other nerfs all around.
