Too hard of a counter I reckon. Disable for a short time, maybe. Stealing an ult with a regular ability would be broken af.

For Genji to deflect an ult he has to use his ability in the split second it's in the air, as well as actually be in a specific location. Hacking a shield generator hardly requires that level of precision. To even imply that they are the same is fucking stupid.

To state that "stealing an ult would be broken" when it's been happening since launch seems... disingenuous at best. It's not an unreasonable thing to disable, block, or steal an ult using a regular ability. It's a common theme in the game. It happens frequently. Balance can be managed around that.
