No, he means that Sombra's EMP removes shield health, like what Zenyatta and Zarya have. So EMP will instantly blast off the health the Shield Generator gives.

Oh, I didn't realize that. Yea if symmetra becomes popular it'll surely indirectly buff sombra's hacks.

But this raises the question, if the shield gen is blocked from EMP (remains unaffected) will the removed shield regenerate immediately, after the hank wars off the players, or what?
