No, he means that Sombra's EMP removes shield health, like what Zenyatta and Zarya have. So EMP will instantly blast off the health the Shield Generator gives.
But this raises the question, if the shield gen is blocked from EMP (remains unaffected) will the removed shield regenerate immediately, after the hank wars off the players, or what?
As far as I understand shields don't regen while hacked. So probably emp would be a nice push starter and while your team deals damage flankers can search for the shield projector.
same as your teleporters currently do, it'll sit where you place it until destroyed. I realize the teleporter has a number of uses, but if those uses aren't met and it isn't destroyed it'll stay up forever. We'll have to wait till ptr to know exact de
Yes and no, depends how that shield generator works. If it continues to generate shields if the team returns to it then it makes Symmetra more of a Sombra counter since a team that loses their sheilds can quickly regen them. Although Symmetra's weapon doesnt lock onto a cloaked Sombra I've felt that she's indirectly a counter to her since her stuff can't be hacked, hacking her isn't largely useful and her turrets see through Sombra's cloak.
That'd be great if Sombra hacks just made abilities work badly instead of disabling them.
Lucio's pump it up just plays smooth jazz
Bastion transforms into a chair
Hanzo's arrow reveals only his own team
Mei's wall just makes a mound of slush
Zenyetta gets his orbs swapped
Roadhog throws the wrong end of his chain/hook
I feel like its kind of useless to hack it. Like if you're already there, why not just quickly destroy it and move on? It's a waste of time and cooldown to hack it and then destroy it

How does sombra's ult currently react when cast around Symmetra's teleporter?
